Autumn is my favorite time of year. Depending on where you live the weather can be perfect, the scenery beautiful and the pumpkin spice flavoring - abundant!

Maple scentsy flavors and fall decorations are small things overall, but they can truly make an impact on the feeling that people have when they are viewing your house. It can give your property an advantage - people often buy because of feelings - humans are not rational creatures, so use that to your advantage as a seller and sell them the idea of Autumn in this house. Create an image so they can dream what it would be like to want this home!

I absolutely LOVE working with other agents... until I don't. ... All joking aside I work with some truly wonderful people in this industry, but as my husband has been saying, "It only takes one turd in the punch bowl, to ruin everything". Okay, that might be a gross example.
But we do see some big personalities in Real Estate, and that's probably true in just about every market on the planet. However, I believe it's in your clients (and your) best interest to get along.
Always be professional, and at least always be civil. You don't have to like everyone you work with, but you do have to get the job done and represent your clients to the best of your ability. Even if that sometimes means putting up with a (for lack of a better word) turd every now and then.
At least, that's my philosophy - life is too short to let people bother you. Do right, and that's all you can do!
